When entering a new playspace we shouldn’t assume we already understand the game, nor that we know the players. The first few steps we take should be designed to provide the most feedback (learning) about both. When putting a team together, role descriptions are necessary, but finding the right person for the role is even more important. When dealing with a team, challenges will always arise, however the greatest of these is a breakdown in the relationships between the team members.
