I was always a slow learner. It takes a significant amount of time for things to really settle with me. Often by the time I’m comfortable with a new piece, a new step, etc., it’s time to move on to the next thing. Ugh.
My reminder to myself, in the midst of the learning: keep showing up. If I’m in the mix at least I have a fighting chance to learn a little more and contribute. If I’m out, so is the opportunity to do either.
